Shipping policy

Once received, your order will be ready for shipping via Canada Post in 1-2 days.  As we are in a remote community, postal delivery and pickup is available to us only 3 days a week, and service is often cancelled in inclement weather.  Please be aware that this can add an extra day or two to expected delivery times.  

Shipping is via Canada Post at standard ground rates, based on your orders weight, which is calculated at checkout.  We offer free shipping to anywhere in Canada on orders over $150.  Each shipment is insured, and you will receive tracking information for each purchase (within Canada).

We offer local pick-up options for residents of the surrounding communities.  To take advantage of this, please select the "local pick-up" shipping option during checkout and we will contact you directly to arrange either a pick-up, or delivery of your purchase.
